Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Solutions Delivery Team at Simsyn. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients, product experts, and developers — gathering requirements, managing estimations and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Document and translate business needs into actionable tasks
• Manage estimations, budgeting, and task planning
• Coordinate with developers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Track progress and align solutions with client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, estimation, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to Have

• Background in software development or IT project management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
